Data Deletion Instructions

Delete data held by AppInstitute

  1. Email [email protected] from your registered email.
  2. Use the subject: “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your name, company (if any), app name or ID, and whether you want account deletion or deletion of a specific app.

We confirm within 5 business days. Deletion usually completes within 30 days after we verify your identity. Backups are removed on a rolling basis. Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, tax or fraud prevention).

Revoke Facebook and Instagram permissions

  1. Facebook: Settings > Settings & Privacy > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) > select AppInstitute / AppInst Ltd > Remove.
  2. Instagram: App > Settings > Security > Apps and Websites > Active > AppInstitute / AppInst Ltd > Remove Access.

Revoking access stops any new data syncing. You can still email us to delete previously stored data.
