Any web content or web link can be embedded into the app. ie if you use a web widget like OpenTable for bookings, this can be integrated into your app.
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) allows you to see a full list of all your customers who are using the app, including all their details and app actions. App actions consist of any action a customer takes within the app, eg orders, purchases, bookings, messages, forms completed, loyalty earned etc. Additionally you can also send one-2-one messages and create customer groups, to allow messaging to defined customer types.

Typically custom development projects, by the nature of them being bespoke and one-off, are resource intensive and take months to complete. Project costs are driven by resource, so the more complex or bigger the project, the longer it takes and the more expensive it becomes.
