Beisen Holding launches AI Family 2.0 for HR applications

Beisen Holding Limited (HKE: 9669) has unveiled its latest innovation in human resources technology with the launch of AI Family 2.0. The announcement was made at the company’s third annual User Hero Conference, held on August 28 in Shanghai under the theme "Together into the AI Era of HR." The event brought together over 2,000 industry leaders and HR professionals to explore advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) for HR applications.

A Comprehensive AI Platform for HR

The AI Family 2.0 platform introduces 10 advanced AI assistants with over 500 functionalities, targeting more than 50 human resource scenarios. Through this release, Beisen Holding aims to revolutionize talent management in three core areas: recruitment, learning, and performance.

For recruitment, AI Interviewer 2.0 enhances the hiring process with accurate assessments tailored to over 300 positions across six industries. The system achieves human-machine consistency rates exceeding 90% and has already secured two patents. A client, Jinghe Integrated, reported a 39% increase in resume screening efficiency and a rise in interview passing rates from 45% to 65% after adopting the technology.

The platform also focuses on employee training and performance management. Its learning tools integrate AI coaching assistants for professional competencies, leadership, and general skills. Companies like China Pacific Insurance and Ting Hsin International Group have praised these tools for their effectiveness in improving employee development and leadership training. Additionally, the AI Performance Assistant streamlines processes such as goal setting, evaluation, and feedback, enabling organizations to save time and improve efficiency.

Leadership in AI Commercialization

Beisen Holding has positioned itself as a leader in bringing AI technology to the HR SaaS industry. Since initiating its AI commercialization efforts in 2024, the company has provided AI-driven solutions to over 500 clients, achieving a contract value exceeding RMB 20 million.

Commenting on the company’s success, CEO Ji Weiguo explained, "The combination of three key elements – large-scale AI model technology, vertical-domain know-how with specialized data training, and professional service capabilities – enables a more precise and practical AI Agent." He added that this approach is rooted in Beisen’s 20 years of expertise in talent science and its team of over 200 psychological experts.

Strong Financial Performance Supports Growth

Beisen’s financial health continues to support its innovation. For the fiscal year 2025, the company reported a 10.6% year-over-year revenue growth, totaling RMB 945.1 million. Revenue from its Cloud HCM solutions grew by 14.2% to RMB 721.8 million, while its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased by 20.1% to RMB 908.3 million. The company’s subscription revenue retention rate remained strong at 106%, and it recorded a net operating cash inflow of RMB 76.8 million.

In addition to organic growth, Beisen has also pursued strategic acquisitions. Its purchase of Ku Xueyuan in January 2025 has bolstered its leadership in the learning cloud sector. Looking ahead, Beisen aims to achieve overall profitability in fiscal year 2026.

A Vision for the Future of HR

Beisen Holding is aligning its efforts with China’s national "AI+ Action" plan, which focuses on large-scale AI industrialization. Ji Weiguo emphasized the company’s commitment to working closely with clients to refine its AI offerings through continuous iteration. "This will significantly enhance HR efficiency and empower business growth while solidifying the company’s leading position in the industry", he said.

With its AI Family 2.0 platform and sustained financial performance, Beisen Holding is set to remain at the forefront of intelligent HR transformation, offering businesses innovative tools to optimize talent management and drive success.
